RULES

1.) You must be a fan of Russel.
2.) No bashing or flaming to the club.
3.) If you are a member of this club and is cought flaming/bashing other member's artwork then you get a strike. And if you get 3 strikes then YOU'RE OUT!
4.) If you would like to be a member then please send a note to the club with "Join" in the subject line.
5.) If you're going to fav something from the club PLEASE FAV THE ORINGINAL!

BEING A MEMBER

1.) After you have beome a member, then you must watch the club so you don't miss any certian events.
2.) After you have become a member it would be a lot of help if you could please put : devrussel-fanclub : (without the spaces) or : iconrussel-fanclub : (with out the spaces) in either your Journal or Signature.

SUBMISSIONS

1.) To submit something all you have to do is send a note to the club, with a link to the submission.
2.) Romance submissions are welcome but anything that is Adult rated is NOT allowed.
3.) Slash pics are also welcome, but NOTHING Adult rated
4.) Submissions with nudity are NOT welcome.
5.) Blood and gore pics are welcome.
6.) Our submission rateings are G, PG , PG-13, and R (But R contents with nudity are not welcome). We DO NOT acept submissions with ADULT rateings.
